Help! Back Pain From Trampoline?

Back really hurts help???

  • I was jumping on my trampoline and landed awkwardly on my neck and I like bent my whole body and my legs like touched my ears kind of. The pain is right above my tailbone it is really sore can you tell me what it is like which bone or something and how to help it thanks!

  • Answer:

If this is right in the center of your back then you might have some sort of swollen muscles around your vertebrae area (sacrum), the best advice i could give you is to see a doctor. Either it's nothing and that would be great right? but also it could be some repercussions that won't show right then and there but eventually In the meantime take some anti-inflammatory like flanax, and maybe try applying a compress, but seriously go see the doctor

Other answers

This is not something that can be diagnosed here. You need to see your doctor. You may have aggravated a pilonidal cyst, or bruised your tailbone, or bruised tissue, or pulled a muscle, or it could be something else entirely.
