Biomedical Engineering requirements for an IB student?

Hello, I'm going to take the IB diploma next year and I have chosen these classes to take: Chemistry HL Biology HL Math SL English A SL Arabic B HL Business SL Is taking Business SL a good idea? should I take Psychology or Economics instead? which one is easier? Also, am I required to take Math HL in order to study biomedical engineering? and I don't like Physics so I chose to take Biology HL instead because I think that it's easier and I can only take two sciences....so can I still study biomedical engineering in college if I take Biology and Chemistry HL I really want to go to an Ivy League university so which is the best class to take?
Answer:

Economics is easy as I am taking it, Im not sure about Psychology, My brother is studying Bio medical engineering and he did not take Math HL or Physics HL.
