How can i lose weight fast?

um i want to lose some weight but everything ive looked up involves a training program i cant afford that i want to lose atleast 15 or 10 pounds i want to get back down to the weight i used to be im 117lbs right now i used to be 98lbs and i hate my weight now absolutly hate it i feel really fat weighing so much :( and im 5'7" i just feel like thats a bad weight for my height and i feel over weight i thought maybe i just gained some weight from being sick and on so many meds or from being put on a feeding tube last month but i want to lose some of the weight i gained :( mind helping me please? i would even love to lose atleast 5 pounds but i wanna lose this weight atleast in a month

Whatever you do don't listen to donald and starve yourself! Your body will go into survival mode and you'll just end up putting the weight back on as soon as you start eating. Don't worry lovely, you are not even close to fat. According to BMI you're underweight already. Losing weight like this is very un-healthy because you are already underweight. I'm not a doctor but if you think your'e fat and want to lose that much weight, you might have an eating disorder. So you should get the checked. But if you absolutely want to lose weight no matter what don't starve yourself of make yourself vomit do it the healthy way. -Write a food journal, when you eat, what you eat, why you eat it -Count your calories (this really helps) -Exercise 1 hour a day for only 5 days of the week not seven -Do cardio exercises like running, bike riding -Eat 6 small meals a day instead of 3 large ones -Drink water before and after every meal -Drink green tea You're perfect the way you are darling. You're not overweight, not even close. So please stop, trying to get thinner. For your own safety. And if you have gained any weight i'm sure its not fat it would be muscle. Please for your family and friends stop trying to be thinner. You're perfect and underweight. Stay strong. xx

It is all a matter of what way. But I find the fastest way is to lay down my junk food(sadly). What I do is take a walk in the morning and at night. And verious exercises. Try a form of dance or belly dance because it's fun and effective!!!!! Also this way is super fast I mean fast! But it's gross! Message your belly by pressing up the to the mid torso than press firmly( not too firmly) down to your lower tummy. What this does( given you do it right) makes you go poop which will help you lose weight because you can hold a lot of lb of poopy in your intestines
