Do tums help with nausea?

Know Any Homemade Remedies or Over-the-counter Medicines For Nausea?

• Okay so here's the thing. I've had nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and headaches for over a month now. Yes I know that the BEST thing I need to do is go see a doctor because something is OBVIOUSLY wrong. Let me tell you, I wish I could. I would have right away if I could, but unfortunately ever since I turned 21, I'm not covered for health insurance anymore (I used to have 2). And I'm already working on getting it back. But for the time being, I would REALLY like to feel healthy for at least 1 day or several days. That would be nice. I've been taking pepto bismol (maximum strength), motion sickness pills, and most recently tums have been added to my "medicine diet". Yeah they aren't working. I feel terrible and I have things that I need to do and would like to do but I just feel too sick and have to lie down (as if THAT helps). So what I'm asking is: Do any of yall know any good homemade remedies for nausea or know any good over-the-counter medicines that can help me until I can get insurance to see a doctor? Also note: Yes, I am aware that ginger ale, 7up, and ginger foods are known to help. Believe me I've already tried them. And also, I can't take liquid medicine because it'll make me immediately throw up. Just the thought of it makes me want to puke... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I'll love you forever!

  Chamomile tea will help with the nausea and headaches. Are you running a fever, if so start taking Echinacea. I would start taking that anyway. To get it into your system faster make a tea or go get the extract. If you need to get the extra rest , at night before bed take a bag of chamomile tea and catnip tea and and steep for 2 minutes then drink with just a little honey. Don't take out the bags while drinking.
