Tips on training for long distance running?

I just started running and I was hoping to get some tips. Currently I run 2 miles for two days then take a day off.

First of all it's great that you have startes running. When someone starts running it's better to just run for time and not distance. Many will feel discouraged if they cannot run a certain distance at a certain pace. It's great that you can run 2 miles. For now it's good that you run two days and take a day off. Some peopel will run every other day. With time and practice you will be able to run 4 to 5 times a week. Slowly increase your distance or time running. http://runningtipsforbeginners.com
