I need help with my fitness ASAP.?

So I'm going traveling. I can't wait. However, I want to get as fit as possible before going. Which is where I'm wanting some help & perhaps some help in making a fitness regime. Now, I know there are A LOT of new people who post questions like these. Unfortunately I have Ulnar nerve problems. This basically prevents me doing heavy repetitive bending of my left elbow. I can do lighter lifting, but even that can irritate it, purely because of the repetition. However, I can do training with weight that doesn't involve bending of the elbow, hopefully that makes sense. Before I go further, let me give you some basic facts about myself. 21 year old male, 5 foot 10 & weigh about 185 pounds. I have a resting heart rate of 53 bpm, which surprised me! The ONLY sport I do is swim, generally 3 times a week & I do open water swimming. So what do I want? Well.. I'd quite like a more toned belly/abs. Not really a 6 pack, as I don't think it would suit my frame, currently I have a flabby belly. Is it cliche to say I'm big boned? I'd quite like some form of pecs though, again, not bullet proof, but visible. At the moment they are naff! The other area I'd like to work on is a smaller ***! & thinner calves/thighs. In fact, I've pretty much covered everything I think.. Oops! To sum it up, I'm not too interested in looking like a body builder, I just want to be beach toned I guess. I'm going to start running & stick to it this time as I think this will make a big difference. I also need to work on my eating.. I'm terrible at it, but not in the ''standard'' way. Let me give you an example of my daily easting. Morning: Nothing (Generally not hungry and feel sick if I eat) 9am: One banana 10am - 12pm: Munching on raisins slowly throughout the day. 1pm - 4pm: Generally have about 10 strawberries, half a punnet of raspberries, quarter of a melon. Might have some pineapple etc, you get the idea. Although I'll sometimes have one 4 inch roll with that. 6pm - 7pm: Dinner, which the mother cooks! This can be anything really, generally it's fairly healthy with veg etc 11pm: Bowl of Alpen. (I generally get starving after swimming & I think it keeps me going in the morning) I get a lot of people admire my diet, but it's bad really & I know it. It doesn't make me lose weight either. Help!! Thanks.

Start doing the 12 day Fat X Program. It's great for fat loss and muscle gain. You'll get really fit as well. My friend and I have been doing it and it's been working great!
