Are PC Games Region Locked?

Does anyone know a website(Up to date) that give the list of games that are region free on the Xbox 360?

I just need a website that gives a list of games that aren't region blocked. Games on the Xbox 360 that are in PAL region setting but will work on NTSC. Mostly just Xbox games because I know PC don't have this problem and PS3 doesn't have it either. Thanks in advance for helping me find a website that have a list of games on the Xbox that are region free.

If a game is in PAL region setting and work on NTSC, then it is NOT ONLY PAL settings at all. Despite the cover art say so. It would be region free, or semi-region free, Try check this out: http://www.play-asia.com/paOS-00-3-xbox360_compatibility_guide-49-en.html Many US versions are region free with a NTSC written on cover, and suit a PAL console you will find. Although their prices are terrible, but the chart is useful to avoid the expensive versions. Hope this helps.
