Is this okay for building lean muscle mass?

Where can I find, or how can I construct a great workout schedule for building lean muscle mass?

  • I am looking to build mass throughout my entire body. I need a good schedule of which exercises to do, and how often/which day. I am looking for the best exercises to do, for each muscle group, to build lean muscle quickly. Can anyone help me out there? Thanks a lot.

I've wrote them all down for, each group and pick 5 for each session. day 1; chest and triceps day 2: back and biceps day 3: legs day 4: shoulders and traps day 5: bicep and triceps. day 6 rest day 7 rest start again. do 3 sets of 6-8 reps for each exercise. eat 5 smaller meals a day with plenty of protein, lean meat etc.. sorted.
