How can I treat sleep paralysis?

• I don't know how anybody can deny a God after having sleep paralysis... I had it like maybe 3 weeks ago to 1 month ago & it is the most terrifying experience.... You are simply paralyzed and these demon creatures that look like aliens surround you. The experience is so unreal. You try your hardest to move and wake up, even though at times you feel awake yet you can not move. Now for some reason people like to say "ohh it's only sleep paralysis"..... but they can never explain the demonic entities that take over during sleep paralysis. Simply put sleep paralysis is a demonic attack. At that with anything that pertains to what Satan does there will be science behind it. Jesus is truly the only way for salvation.... during my paralysis the first name I tried to call was God although I had the most difficulty for trying to say that, like the demons we're preventing me from saying "God"..... I know now if you cal on the Lord's name you will be saved and rescued.... Jesus immediately stops these demonic attacks.. I only had it that one time & now I have been praying thoroughly and reading my Bible. It feels great, because Jesus will protect & those are certainly the most horrifying experiences you could have under sleep paralysis. Christians have you ever had similar experiences during sleep paralysis.... please explain.

  Hi. I'm a Christian and I experienced sleep paralysis before too. The first time I experienced it was several years ago when I was sleeping on a sofa. I was so terrified when it first happened to me. It's like someone is choking me, I can't breathe. I can literally feel the hands on my neck it's crazy! Can't even move my arms and legs and I was shaking my head that time, hoping that I would wake up. I was calling to God when it's happening, I keep on repeating "In Jesus' name!". And thank God because of His mighty power, it went away. In the next two episodes which happened years after the first incident, I saw images like a scary looking kid with huge eyes that's approaching me. (At first, I was like talking to him playfully but then, as he was drawing near, his face got creepy I freaked out! It just happened, I can't really explain it.) The 2nd is a lady that is enveloping me with her long, black hair right at my face. Though it's soft, it was totally dark there. My parents say that I should pray after experiencing those horrible demonic creatures. Thankfully, I don't have sleep paralysis anymore and I pray that I wouldn't get any in the future. God bless us! Let's just keep on praying.
