Good piano lesson books?

What do you study when you finish Alfred's Basic Piano Lesson Book 6?

• So I was wondering what do kids usually study after they finish all of the Alfred piano course levels (lesson & theory books). If you guys would be kind enough to give me the name of a specific book or series of books it would be greatly appreciated......this request is for someone who wants to continue piano & be able to play all sorts of classical music.

  The Alfred Publishing Company has two books, "Favorite Classics 1" and "Favorite Classics 2", that have a variety of very standard Baroque, Classical, Romantic, and 20th Century Pieces. Level 1 is about the same level as Alfred 4, 5 and 6--in fact, it has some of the same pieces in it (Musette, Solfeggio,) but if you want a good book of standard repertoire with pieces that were not covered (such as Ellmenreich's Spinning Song, Bach's Menuet in G, Kabalevsky's Clowns, etc.) this would be a good place to start. Level 2 is more difficult, but still has standard pieces from the 4 time periods. Or you could go with Alfred's "Standard Classics" which has pieces such as Fur Elise, Moonlight Sonata, several Bach Inventions, etc.
