How much weight will I lose in 1 month?

Hey I was just wondering how much weight I could lose from eating 600 to 1000 calories a day my BMR is 2170 and I speed walk for 45 minuets everyday do a 30 minuet weight lose circuit and yoga and I burn more calories then i intake, then after my workout I would eat an apple I was wondering if I could lose weight doing this, and if so how much I am 14 my height is 5'6'' and I weigh 118? Please help!!

Answer:
first of all you should eat at least 1200 calories daily or you metabolism will slow down and make the whole process go slower. If you do that then you should lose about 2-3 pounds a week so 8 to 12 pounds in a month.. but you'll get skinnier and your BMR will become lower and since you probably are already skinny I would says maybe 9 pounds at most
