How can you lose 3 or 2 pounds a week?

  • I'm 5'8, I weigh 195 and I'm 19 years old I already lost 5 pounds but i want to lose more quicker. I'm thinking of losing about 30 to 40 pounds. How do people manage to lose 3 pounds a week? and if that's not healthy then i can go for 2 pounds a week, but i need some tips on how i can do that? Because I notice myself losing the weight afters weeks and weeks of trying. No rude answers and thank you for everyone's! :-)
