How long will it take to tone my body..?

Hi guys.. Im 17 and weigh 70. My goal is 63 kg and also to reduce my waist from 34 to 30. Every morning I run 3 km do some basic exercises then do swimming for 1 hour. I just started this plan 2 days ago. In breakfast I mostly have idly, Maggie , chappati or some non-veg. In lunch I have 2 chappati with approx 1bowl of rice. In dinner I have the same as lunch. Is my plan correct and will it help me to achieve my goal. If yes then plz tell me how long will it take. Also wat should I have before and after swimming like egg or milk or something else. Thanks :)

Heavy breakfast, light lunch and your dinner should be lightest. Your diet routine is exactly opposite.
