Is mass gain powder effective to put on weight?

That is prob twice the amount altogether in terms of calories I would consume. I am 5 foot 3" and I weigh 8 stone 2 pound. I am 16 year old. Would this mass gain powder be suitable and effective so that I can get bigger?

    Save your money and get your calories from real food like rice, pasta and oats. Mass gainers are full of sugar and other things that aren't good for you. Remember the body can't build more than about 2 pounds of muscle in a month at most. If you take in too many calories you'll just get fat!

Mass gainers make you gain weight in fat, not muscle. Muscle is a slow process so your better off getting whey protein. You have to have a good diet too so get enough carbs, protein, and fats(saturated)
