Can you feel pregnancy symptoms a week after unprotected sex?

• Hello. I had sex on the 21 of April, unprotected because i'm on the Mirena and am in a solid relationship. I got the Mirena put in June 2011, and have had regular periods, the normal 5 day period, with regular flow. I had unprotected sex on the 21 of April, and a few days after we had sex, I was spotting. But not even enough to be on my underwear, just a tiny but when i wiped and it lasted for a day or two. I've also been feeling like i've been going to the bathroom alot more, and i've been very tired. Normally I don't nap during the day, and I don't go to bed very late, and am always up at 8am. But lately, I find myself sleeping in (when I can) and taking frequent naps during the day. Like today, I napped from noon to 530, and still felt tired. This is not normal for me. I also am a smoker, and lately, can't smoke a full cigarette without feeling weird. Which by the way, is how I found out I was pregnant with my youngest son. My only question is, I've been pregnant twice, and since I know how it feels, do you think my body recognizes it early this time? It's been a week and a half. And I still have had no sign of my period, and I know I should have gotten it by now, because my roommate and I have synched up on our periods, since we spend so much time together. She got hers yesterday, and we always get it at the same time, and I don't even feel it coming. So, just wondering if it's possible (or if it's happened to anyone else) to feel symptoms of pregnancy about a week after unprotected sex. And if you felt these symptoms, were you actually pregnant?

  It happend to my co wrker she felt symtoms within a week of having sex....a month later she took a pregnancy and it came out positive
