What's a Craigslist email system?

Why is hotmail blocking/filtering OUTGOING email to craigslist?!?

• I have no issues sending emails to family and friends. But lately I've been trying to send emails to "craigslist" postings from the web based hotmail client using a browser. I enter in the email I copied from the craigslist website into the "TO" field. I enter in my message. And send the email. I get the confirmation page that says my message was successfully sent. Yet, it's never received. I've tried sending from other hotmail accounts, and it works. I've tried sending from microsoft outlook, and it works. But when I try sending it from the web based email account, it's never received. Whats causing this? And I have tried sending it from different computers, it DOESN'T help. So clearing cache/cookies has NOTHING to do with it. And email forwarding is DISABLED I don't know what else to try. I've checked all the mail options to see if I could find something that might be causing this issue, but nothing.
