Ways to increase stamina/endurance?

  • Im 13 years old. 87.4 pounds. FEMALE. and well, title says it all! Track and fields coming up and i wanna get better. Increase my stamina and endurance because i get cramps really easy ! so any food tips, exercises anything that could help me run longer distances, it would be highly appreciated ! ADDITIONAL DETAILS Signed up for 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m 100m time- 15 seconds. 200m- 42-45 seconds. 400m 1.50-1.53 seconds 800m- approx. 4.15 seconds How do i run these ^ (eg. sprint, jog, etc.)

    I run in high school and the best way to get better is just to practice. If you run long distances you will be able to run longer and quicker. When you run long distances, no matter how hard it gets, don't stop running. If you are running slower than you walk thats better than running. Also, do about 4 200s during practice and take a rest in between that is the amount of time it took you to run the 200s.
