Cheap 800 RMS 4-ohm amp?

Does somebody know of an amp that is ACTUALLY 1-ohm stable? 800 watts RMS and a good brand?

• I have 2 kicker comp vrs, 400 watts each, 1 ohms, 12 inchers in a sealed box. I have had the brutus hifonics amp that's 800 watts rms and SUPPOSED to be 1 ohm stable but it sounded like **** (cuts out, bottoms out, etc..), same with the Kenwood i have now (1200 watts rms at 1 ohm stable). Everything is wired right, I've had it checked by people who install systems on practically a daily basis. Note: I do NOT want to wire them to 4 ohms, I am willing to pay more for a 1 ohm stable amp. I am willing to pay upwards to $700 on an amp because I am so fed up with cheap amps that claim they are 1 ohm stable when they actually aren't. So what are some of the best amps out there?

  hifonics amps are stable to 1 ohm and are close on their ratings for the non cea2006 comp. amps dont bottom out, subs do and as for cutting out, any amp that doesnt get enough power goes into protect no matter ow much ya spend on it.sso if ya had it checked by someone who installs on a daily basis, have them install something.
