    I have the same question but I might have a couple that could help you. I have to say my current favorite is by Clean & Clear and it is a drying-out paste for popped pimples. It really works great and dries out those big nasty red ones. It smells good too- fresh and minty almost. Also, there's another by Neutrogena and it erases acne scars as well as current acne and it even prevents future breakouts! Well, despite all the good-sounding stuff it doesnt exactly give great results, though your acne does eventually go away with it. Some at home rememdies that are super fast are 1) toothpaste! Despite all the people who say it's bad for your skin and stuff, it really does work! Just dab some on your worst pimples to dry it out. 2) Ice/cold water. Hold an ice pack or something to your pimples to make them appear less red and help the swelling go down.

toothpaste! sounds stupid but i've tried everything and nothing works better, i swear if you try it (the mint type) you can almost feel it working :)

I know everyone has said this but the only thing I got fast results from as far as spot treatment goes is tooth paste....it's not good for all the time but if you want something that works quick...try it....

i used lemon juice and ambi it really speeds the process. ambi if for skin of color but im sure and fade cream will work and lemon juice works on its own.
