Are you allowed to primitive camp on State Park land?
-
If you are an experienced camper and you do not litter, leave the land the way you found it, etc, isn't primitive camping allowed on state/national land?
-
Answer:
Definitely on national forest lands. Most state parks have tighter regulations and want you to only camp in designated area's some have trail camps you can hike too that are "primitive" but what that entails varies from park to park that generally means no services ie toilets fire rings etc. contact the state park you want to go too for details.
