How can I get abs with a really high metabolism?

I'm 14 years old (turning 15 on August 4) and I've been wanting to get 6 pack abs for almost 2 years now. I'm about almost 5 foot 8 and weigh about 115 pounds. I'm verryy skinny and I hate it! I have really high metabolism and can eat so much and not gain weight. The reason I always give up on getting abs is because I never know the answer to how to overcome high metabolism because you need some fat to turn it into muscle but I have like none, I'm a twig! I also have a very chubby family so I don't really have many options of eating correctly to help me get abs. Also, are there any routines you can suggest for me to do at home? I hope you guys can answer all these questions, thanks!

Start doing 40 sit ups each day for a week, next week 50, then 70, then do 100 for two weeks and so on. Do like 20 push ups a day, 5 days a week for like 3 weeks, then raise the amount of push ups just like in the sit ups, but not too much, only like 10 more. Also do like 15-20 leg raise and stuff like that. Do "circus training" one exercise after another. if lifting weights lay down on something. Also, the right amount of weights you''re suppose to lift is that which you can only do 7-15 reps. You should see some results in about a month (if you do what i telling you after losing body fat but if you're thin just start doing this). after a couple of weeks do like 70 normal sit ups and 50 crunches with your feet up in the air, work your oblique muscles too by doing side crunches (30). for legs you should run for about 20 mins 3 times a week and do squats (3 sets of 10-12 repetitions) since you're skinny and have a high metabolism your workouts should be about 40 mins each day and do them every other day since your muscles need time to rest and grow. Eat a lot of food that contains protein and calcium. You should sleep at least 8hrs a day because during th sleep is when the body grows.

Abs arent really muscle..never try to slow down your metabolism. Situps 100 a night and you'll get it .

yeah you will definitely get the so easily especially at your age, when i was 15 i decided i wanted abs and did that 8 minute ab workout on youtube and got really prominent abs within like 2 weeks and i only saw results in 1 week! they get sore the next day but it shows how much work it does to the abs (and im a girl!)
