Did a calve workout and i cant walk now?

How do I achieve max strength of body and heart and best endurance/stamina?

  • I have never worried about looks. I still don't. I only want to be as strong as i can be, with the most endurance i can have. i have been larping for almost a year. while that is a great workout, it is only once a week. im 240 lbs, and im willing to lose weight if i have to in order to get stronger. i have been on a workout now for 2 and almost a half weeks, and it seems to be working for me, but im worried im doing too much. but i cant seem to find a good cardio workout bsides jogging and walking. but i cant do that, cause my shins hurt so much afterwards that i cant even stand up, let alone walk. as for my muscle workout, its based on a three day plan that i do twice a week, and not do on sunday (thats when i larp). for the first day, i do arms, 30 push ups, then 30 curls with 15 pound weights for my biceps. using those same weights, i relax my arms, and twist the weights in circles to exercise all the muscles in my forearms. all of that is a set, and i do 2 and a half. then i do cardio.....which i cant decide wat workout i should do that wnt damage me. the next day, i do thirty crunches, thirty sit ups, and thirty...i guess i should call them leg lift curls. its for my lower abs. thats one set, and i do two and a half. then watever cardio exercise i find that wnt hurt my bones. next day, its legs. i do thirty squats. then i lay straight flat on my back, and bend my knees, pressing my heels into the ground as i do so. i do this thirty times. then i stand up. and i stand on my tip toes thirty times. thats all one set, and i do two and a half. ......wow that took forever. anyway, is this too much? also, wats a good cardio workout that will strengthen my heart, build endurance, and build stamina? im willing to do multiple workouts and switch them up each day.

  • Answer:

screw looks they mean nothing that means you really want to see a change for you i love it. if you want great cardio i would suggest kick boxing but you said your shins hurt from that. what i usually do it alot of high intensity jump rope which u can find routines from begginer to intense. what i would suggest for muscle is working on explosive training such as clap push ups and band exercises. i usually head into the gym jump rope for about 30 minutes and after that im ready to begin. i do floor wipers which u can look up then i do push ups pull ups then alternate pushups with a medicen ball. i also do alot of shoulder shrugs then doing squats a take a medicene ball and when im at the lowest part of my squat bounce it off the wall as i come up. these are just a few i could let u see our track workout if you would like. i go to university of washington
