How do you block junk mail on XBOX 360?

Every time I log onto xbox live I have a bunch of junk mail from people that I do not know. How do I block the junk mail? It also says that I am signed into messenger in multiple locations, what does that mean? Thanks!

if you block JUNK mail, then your xbox will automatically be blocked as well, since the xbox IS a piece of junk.

you can block one person at a time to not get messages from them those arent junk mail its actual people sending them to u to block them go on their profile and go to the bottom and press block communications
