Where to learn about strumming patterns?

What is a really easy, but nice strumming pattern for "Call Me Maybe"?

• Is there a really nice sounding strumming pattern I can learn in a day for "Call Me Maybe" by Carly Rae Jepsen? Nothing that sounds too plain. Please list varying strumming patterns, like one for the verse, and one for the chorus, etc. Nothing too hard though. Thank you soooo much!

  Verse: All down strokes and emphasize certain strokes; it's up to you which words you emphasize. E.g. 'I threw my wish in the well Don't ask me I’ll never tell' I emphasize 'I, Wish, Well, Don't, I'll, Tell'. I hope you get it! Chorus: Again all down strokes but emphasize some strokes - 1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4 (Emphasize 1, .. .. 4, .. .. 3, ..) Then do the same on other chords. I hope this makes sense to you.
