How do you get rid of a corn on your foot?

HELP!! How to get rid of a Foot corn?

• Ok my mom got me these shoes that were a 6 and i'm a seven I really didn't think any thing of it so I wore them for a week straight to school.Now I came home and My last little toe on my right foot is so big and there is a little grey bump.I put vitamin e on it and a slice of lemon what else can I do how long will it take for it to go away.

  First, get a really good pedicure. When you go to a professional first, the up keep won't nearly be as bad. You'll only really need one once every 6 months or so as long as you keep up with putting cream on and trim your toenails yourself. When you go down the foot-care aisle, look for a cream with an acid in it (no, it won't burn, it'll just eat the dead skin away). Make sure the acid is one of the first ingredients on the list, that way you know there's more of it in there. Uric acid is most often used, but some use citric acid. Your best bet is something like bag-balm or another cow udder care cream. It's not as nasty as it sounds, when you think about it, a cow's udders get all dried out and cracked from all the pressure put on them to get the milk, so if it's good on that sensitive area, it's perfectly fine on a tougher area like your feet. A ped-egg, or something similar will help get most of the roughness off and a pumice stone will smooth things out a bit more. Use the cream at night and put on a pair of socks to help lock in the moisture more. If you feel oily in the morning, a quick wash of your feet will get rid of that. When you feel things getting worse again, just get a pedicure again when you can afford it. Oh and if the people at the salon won't touch your feet, go to a Podiatrist (foot doctor) and get them looked at, it could be more then just corns you know.
