Back hand spring help!?!?

I've been working on my back hand spring for a month now. (I take tumbling classes) I moved on from doing it on the trampoline with a harness to the floor with a harness. Idk if anyone has ever done it this way but after the floor with a harness did you soon get it? Because it defiantly is harder thanbthe trampoline. Oh ps. The floor isn't string just a mat with a harness :) thanks

I did it without a tramp and without a harness. Starting with those makes it easier, but it makes it harder at the same time. Your body has gotten used to those crutches, so its hard to switch. It is easier because you have the correct form, and it is safer because you know how to control your body. Keep it up you will get it! Good Luck!
