What to do if you have insomnia?

  • So, I have insomnia. My regular bedtime is 9:10, but sometimes I can't sleep and I end up sleeping at 10,11, and sometimes even at 12. I have to wake up at 7:20 in the morning to get ready for school. I don't know what to do - I end up feeling tired or having headaches because of my loss of sleep. What can I do to prevent insomnia from happening? Please give me any helpful advice/tips if you can.

    Nothing you can do besides not drink caffeinated beverages. Herbal remedies do not work and could be dangerous for you liver and kidneys. I have it too. It's 2am where I am right now.

Let's see. You have to wake up at 7:20. The average time period is 8 hours. That's 11:20 pm when you should sleep. My advice would be to limit your caffeine intake of you drink coffee or soda. If you drink alcohol that can mess with your sleep cycle too. It wakes me up at 2am when I drink.
