How can I lose weight and become a healthy weight?

  • I am 13 years old and I am 5 feet and 2 inches and I weigh 144 lbs. I want to change my lifestyle and become more thin. My BMI says that I'm overweight 26.5. How can I lose weight to be in a healthy range of weight? What kind of foods should I eat and what kind of exercises is good. At the moment I'm doing the 10 minute trainer from beach body for 30 minutes a day. I also have insanity from beach body but I stop because I don't have the time, but I can make time for it. Will doing both programs help me lose weight faster? If I do both how many calories should I intake. My goal is to be at least 110 pounds, and is it possible to lose 34 pounds in 4 months? I would appreciate it if you could give me a schedule of times I should exercises. The only times I can't do exercise is from 8 am to 5 pm because I have school during the time. I am desperate to lose weight I realize that I am really fat and want to be more thinner. Also I have a thyroid problem which I gain weight. Please help me I have no idea how to lose weight.
