How to burn calories faster?

How many Calories do each of these things burn?? V.V.V(Description Below)?

  • I'm 154lbs. My height is 5'1 and a half. I want to start a diet. And I need help! I wanted to try to do each exercise for 15 minutes. But I don't know how many Calories they are gonna burn, and I need your help. 1. Jumping Jacks 2. Jump roping 3. Sit ups 4. Trampoline Butt Bouncing 5. Hula Hooping That all equals to 1 hour and 15 minutes. If its not enough calories then I'm sadly gonna have to go back to my boring treadmill routine. But I wanna add some fun into my work out. So if Any of you wonderful Ladies and Gentlemen know how many calories ANY of these burn can you please let me know? I ATLEAST want to lose a good 10 pounds. I lost 14 pounds already. Ok, this is long.. SORRY! But please let me know how many calories, and, how long it would take me to lose 10lbs doing all these things each day, for an hour and 15 mins. Thank you! Ps. Any other fun things you guys know that burns a good amount of calories, let me know!

  • Answer:

There really is no way to tell. There are so many factors that go into it including your weight, the intensity you are doing it, and just your body. Any estimation you get is probably going to be off by a few hundred calories. It is more important to just make sure you are actually doing the exercises...stop worrying about how many calories you are burning. If you feel like you got a good workout, it is good enough. Diet is what really is going to influence your success. Good luck
