What would be an ideal beach workout?

Will this workout routine give me a beach body?

  • I was unable to do physical activity for 4 months because I had 3 herniated discs in my spine, which made it so I couldn't work out or anything. I am currently a freshman in college and I just recently started taking 2 different Yoga classes (Vinyasa Flow and Hatha) I also recently just got a personal trainer, 2 times a week for about 1 hour and 15 minutes) I also eat pretty healthy, like almost all gluten-free. I'm 5'3" and about 120 lbs, so I'm not overweight I want a good body by summer (my summer vacation starts in mid-June) and I am wondering: Are my two Yoga classes, my healthy eating, and personal trainer going to give me the "good" body/beach body? haha

  • Answer:

First you need to understand that gluten free doesn't equal to low carb, gluten-free foods that end up containing more carbs, sugar, and calories than their gluten-filled counterparts. You need to read the label and pick carefully. Personal trainer is overrated IMO. and they are mad expensive too. The most effective way to lose weight is long run or swim. If you can do 45 + minutes cardio session 3~4 times a week, you will def lose tons of weight. and you need to restrict your sodium intake
