Can someone help me create a workout that can help me gain abs, and arm muscle?

Im been working out for about 2 months now and I haven't lost any weight. I can see my abs somewhat in the mirror, but not by looking at my stomach. Can someone help me create a workout(preferably a home workout) that will Help me shape my abs and arms as well? Im a 14 year old male. I weigh 140 pounds and am 5'6. I have a set of 12 pounds weights and am willing to do sit ups etc. I am also willing to workout other body parts if there is a need to. Thank you.

Along with working out you also have to incorporate cardo and clean up your diet to really see improvement in your ABS. I'm a trainer and everyone wants ABS but they don't realize its more diet and burning fat..than jus killing ABS everyday in the gym. Doing that will strengthen your core which is good...but not give you defined ABS. You have to drop body fat to see ABS. What do you do now for a workout?
