Is it possible to get an erection after you donate blood?

  • Just curious. Today in school, a kid was joking about it and I wonder if its true that you can't get an erection right after you donate blood.

    Yes. They don't drain you dry, your body still works. You may be a little low on energy however to maintain it.

its possible, but its better to wait to have sex once your body produces more blood. you are not supposed to engage in alot of physical activity until like 24 hours after.
