Did a calve workout and i cant walk now?

Is this a good diet plan and workout routine to get in shape, healthy, to lose weight?

  • Morning: I use my juicer to make a vegetable recipe which contains 1 beat, celery, cilantro, spinich, carrots, and 1 apple. I drink it and its actually not bad...It also helps me get through my workout. snack: couple of fruits or crackers..not really a snack eater. Lunch: Salad with croutons, low fat cheese, tomatoes, red or yellow peppers and black beans with sweet and tangy french dressing which does not contain any dairy(yeah I looked it up)! snack: fruit smoothie all natural from my juicer BABY!! Dinner: Smart choice veggie meat (which is by-far the best in my opinion, it also taste really good! An nutrients is also good. The sodium is low which is a plus. I sweat it out working out anyways.) I wrap the veggie meat in a whole wheat flour wrap with onions, low fat cheese. I am a vegetarian if you have not got the hint yet. New comer vegetarian. Workout routine: Its a habit, I wake up doing 20 pushups! I cant help it! I go on a brisk walk in the mornings(around 9) for 1 hour. Then in the afternoon(around 3 or 4) I run, jog, and brisk walk for 45mins-1 hour. Then After my cardio I do weight lifting for 20 minutes (everyday I change parts of my body I lift on) Oh and dont worry I have my days of rest also. What do you think?

    do more weights. less cardio...and eat meat.
