Easy Homemade superhero or villain costume?

Superhero Costume Ideas?

  • I'm going to a costume party next weekend themed "Create Your Own Superhero" and I'm looking for some ideas on my superhero and costume. The superhero has to be original (no Batman, Wonderwoman, Superman, etc.). I would preferably like something that I can make myself. I'm an eighteen year old girl, and I am open to pretty much anything, as long as it's not TOO skimpy/slutty. Any ideas? Any help is appreciated.

    SuperCook -- the main costume piece is the apron, wear a second one as a cape if you like AmazingDuster -- cover any t-shirt in feathers and wear brown leggings or skinny pants BookBrain -- no ideas yet, but you have a week KnowItAll -- cover a blank t-shirt and jeans with exclamation points (instead of The Riddler's question marks) Draw them on the t-shirt and make felt ones to tack-sew or pin onto the jeans, so you can get them back off again.
