• Recently my friend wanted me to join this MLM Pyramid Scheme, by paying 32000 Ruppees. Is this business worth joining. Please advice me. He says that i need to join 3 people on my right and 3 people on my left. and once this pyramid grows, i will get cash.

It is an age old scam called a "Ponzi Scheme" which uses the earnings from succeeding participant to finance the supposed commissions of the people that preceded them. This system eventually becomes unsustainable and collapses leaving many people, who usually come in late in the game, with severe losses. Although it is possible to make money from this scenario, by being one of the first to join and then pulling out within a short period of time, your participation might just taint your reputation for quite some time. Better to pursue a more regular kind of business.
