Where is my View tab to find my toolbar?

Please help me find my computers toolbar thingy. You know the one that says history, file,view, toolbars.....?

• I was messing around with the view section and I was hiding some toolbars and I accidentally click on hide (I forgot whats it called) but now its gone and I don't know how to get it back you know what i am talking about right? Like the small section on top that says file, view, toolbars,history, etc. ps i have mozilla firefox

  Right click on a blank area of your browser Try under the URL space or under the "back" arrow You'll be looking for a pop up menu that begins MENU BAR It has come unchecked Click on it to re-check it Your file, view etc will re appear. ( if you get any other pop up menu..youre not on a blank spot..keep clicking around till you get the MENU BAR pop up)
