Why is it that BT Yahoo in the UK are crap? I lose my bookmarks every week and nobody EVERY sorts it out!?

If it's the bookmarks on your browser that get wiped, I don't see how that can be Yahoo!'s doing. More likely someone is ghosting, or rolling back your computer to an earlier set up for security reasons. If that's the case, I'd suggest using the facility on the My Yahoo! page to store your bookmarks on-line instead of on your computer. Then you can access them from any internet connected computer any time from your Yahoo! account.

thats not their fault, it is somehow or other yours. bt yahoo only supply you with your internet connection, the rest is your problem.... try firefox, you will never lose your bookmarks then.
