Does anyone know how to delete not remove but delete a toolbar for Windows XP??

Is there a way to permanently delete a toolbar so that when you go to view>Toolbars>Customize. So that it isn't in the available or current toolbars list?? I have a Microsoft windows XP Home Edition from Compaq and HP. To be more sime I have an unusable toolbar that no longer works that I want permanently deleted. Can someone help me?? Thank you.

Answer:
Click Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs > scroll down and find the toolbar you want to delete and click on it to highlight it and give you the remove option and click Remove.

the way i delete tool bars is go to your control panel click on add and delete software scroll down until u find the tool bar u want to delete. hope this works for u
