Where is my View tab to find my toolbar?

Can someone please help me get my toolbar back????

• I am at my wits end. I have had a Yahoo toolbar for years. When I downloaded the latest one offered, the old one disappeared and now neither one is showing. I have talken all the steps that have been suggested to me such as uninstalling/reinstalling; checking Yahoo toolbar under my View Button and many others. I would still call myself a beginner on computer skills and there were one or two things e-mailed to me from Yahoo to go into the registry to carry out some details that I don't understand. I have e-mailed Yahoo over and over about this and all I can get from them now are automated replies. I really miss my toolbar, bookmarks, etc. When I look for the downloads, it shows that I do have Yahoo Toolbar downloaded (in my "Add/Remove" file). I can find one file that looks like it could be my toolbar, but when I click on it the timer icon appears next to my curser for a few seconds, then it disappears and then nothing happens.   have u tried to go to tools and select internet options? you can make yahoo your default home page, just click tools then select internet options then in the general tab type in yahoo.com good luck
