How do you delete the searches on web search?

How do u delete the names of previous web site searches that appear in the "Search" scroll bar?

  • when I put my cursor in the "Search" scroll bar and then just hit any letter of the alphabet, all prior searches appear that begin with the same first letter of the alphabet. How do u delete the name of the former searches?

  • Answer:

    highlight it,.then hit delete,.gone
