Which is better petrol or diesel?

Which car is best in Maruti?Why? and which one is better Diesel car or Petrol..?

  • I am planning to buy a car shortly.I have decided that it is Maruti. But not sure which model to buy, Thinking abt Swift, but again confused between Petrol and Diesel. Please help with your suggestions

    Just go in for Swift DDiS... It's a frugal engine and a silent engine.

Diesel cars are suggested if monthly run is round 2000 km !!!! One pays extra by 70,000 rupees to buy diesel car compared to petrol for same variant LDi = LXi +70,000 !!!! So if monthly running is high you save some money and recover the extra money paid, if run is less then you may take 5 to 7 years to recover the extra money you paid to buy diesel car and you don't get any benefit !!!! Now on Maruti Swift or Ritz both are good option !!!! Going only for Maruti car was OK few years back but now you can very easily go for i20 or Punto in diesel option.

Maruticar is best in Petrol.

go for the ritz diesel......it has a good mileage n drives good....or go for the new sx4 2009 model
