I cant open windows update and i cant update my computer?

i was installing my yahoo with voice but it was not successful at first so i remove it again and start again from updatin,but when i tried to open the windows update,it says that it cannot find the website,and i try to install again the voice messenger,i failed it never happened at all.what will i do?
