Why can't I add buddies in my contact list?

I deleted a contact, then tried to block them & its saying I cant block them bcuz they are in my friends list?

  • I deleted someone from my friends list and then tried to add them to my ignore list. It wont let me add the person because it says they are still on my friends list but they are not on there any more and I still cant add them to my ignore list

  • Answer:

    Check in your address book and see if the name you are trying to block is there,,if it is then you need to delete it

Youd dont have to re-add them, After you've deleted them , * Go to Action, * Send an instant message , * Other Contact * type in that persons ID , click ok That should bring up a PM box with their sn in it, in that pm box click on * Action * Ignore. That should solve ya prob. GoodLuck

you cannot block a contact you have deleted. and they can still see you on line. what you could do is re add them to your list and then be sure to block before deleting. E
