I can't share pics or send files with yahoo messenger.?

I use to be able to share photos on yahoo messenger and send files. But now I can't for some reason. I even turned my firewall off for a while and still it wont let me. Does anyone know what the problem could be? Should I reinstall yahoo messenger? HELP! So pissed off right now.

Well first of all you should try reinstalling yahoo messenger, maybe a bug got in. However, if the problem persists, you should probably take into consideration reinstalling your operation system, like Windows or Linux, because I've had this kind of errors only when my Windows was bad.
