Does Yahoo Messenger slow your computer down?

Does anyones computer slow down when using yahoo messenger?

• I have yahoo messenger on and my webcam as well. I never had this problem before.

  not really , but if your computer or webcam still slow you should check your inplug see if the cords are plugging into the right place , cause when i use my it happen before and when i checked everything i end up plugging in the wrong places behide my pc lol. funny . or you should also check if you have do upadate your computer if u dont that can cause slowly on your messenger.
