Why is YM not working properly?

In my laptop old version of ym is working good but ym 8.1ishaving sign in problem after install the Norton 360

  • i have in install the 360 for the protection after that i open my YM but its not open showing sign in problem. than i uninstall the norton360 and uninstall the YM also then i restart again.iput my firewall off then i down load the YM8 still this getting sign in problem..

    its probabaly a software issue, go or its one of ur firewall is prebventing u from sighning in, check ur settings on xp or whatever u have security settings there should be a tab for exceptions that will allow u to let ym sign in without the firewall stopping it, if u still have problem, go to the website u download it from, and there shoulod be a technical diificulties page or a help page, i hope i helped aswer ur problem ps, get ride of norton its suckes search AVG Virius and u can get a free viris program wich is good i have there are also free AVG anti spyware to, search it on the internet sorry i dont rember the website, if i find it edit this post
