Particular id is not working on YM?

I am using Vista OS and I have a problem signing on at YM with particular id. When I try to use that id, it logins and then it says YM has stopped working and it closes. However, I can login on webmessenger.yahoo.com with the same id and password but not on YM. I have other tow ids as well. But this does not happen when I login with my two other ids. Please help me what to do. I have $20 of voice balance on that id. I am not getting any kind of solution.
