Where can I get a download for "scan.msi?

I can't download photos from archives of Yahoo groups. I get squares and a scale 30% download only?

• I get a full screen of blank squares with little colored boxes in the left corners indicating no download. Then at the bottom is a classic download scale indicating 30% download that never moves. I have never had difficulty downloading in any other non-Yahoo group. Any help would be appreciated. I am not too computer savy. Thank you.

  from the group files and albums, just right click and save as, to load them to your computer. I f you are trying to download them to the groups, make sure they area under 500 megs and are jpgs..
