How do I edit my Group member list to show actual names rather than obscure email addresses?

My Group's member list shows ONLY obscure email addresses for my members, which often have no evident correlation with the individual's name. I would like to edit the membership list so a person can actually tell who the members are.

To the best of my knowledge it can't be done. In any case, my experience has been that most members prefer anonymity.
