How do I edit the recipient list?

When I start to enter an email address, a dropdown list of emails pops up. Thats convenient, however there are several emaiI addresses there I do not recoginize and wish to delete. Is there a way to edit that drop down list ??

With this new format I cannot figue out how to edit my contact list. This is the list that comes up when I click on the to for my mail. I am almost ready to go back to the old format! JIM

Under add/edit buttons, nothing shows in my listing, but I do have working buttons showing in my toolbar, some of which I don't use any more. It also won't let me add new buttons. What's up, and how do I fix it? I have the latest toolbar already.

My Group's member list shows ONLY obscure email addresses for my members, which often have no evident correlation with the individual's name. I would like to edit the membership list so a person can actually tell who the members are.

i usually edit the people who have more than 700 people on their list. people who haven't been on in more than 2yrs. foreign people who added me years ago. that i don't talk too. people who have double or triple accounts. how about you?

I think that I was once able to edit information in my list of e-mail contacts. I can't seem to figure out how to do that now.
